As mentioned above quoting Human Events, it is going to be dropped sometime before debate. I am guessing the timing will be in the wee hours of the morning. I just got this from a friend, but he did not indicate the source of his quote. It pretty much sums up the purpose of the proposed legislation and my feelings as to why it will fail us:

At the Au Corral, I saw conservatives eating a thick sliced, peppered bacon, not crispy yet not rubbery. It looked perfect. The faaaaaaaar left nut job, on my left oddly, saw that and was disgusted. He wanted a crispy, almost charcoal slice with no pepper. We accused each other of not being real baconites when John Candy walked up and speered a 96 ounce slab of Canadian bacon. And ate it all.

What's the moral of the story? Not a damn thing, I just wanted to write about my love for thick sliced american bacon.
